"Blind" Willie Johnson (22 enero 1897 - 18 septiembre 1945) fue un cantante y guitarrista, cuya música se sentó a horcajadas de la frontera entre el blues y los spirituals. Mientras que las letras de sus canciones eran a menudo religiosas, su música sacó de las tradiciones sagradas y los blues.
